What Makes a Dansko So Great
So you keep hearing everyone talk about how amazing the Dansko shoes are. What about these shoes leave you and your feet feeling great at the end of the day. To put it simply, everything about a Dansko is designed for maximum comfort and support.
Dansko History
Since their founding in 1990, the wife and husband team of Mandy Cabot and Peter Kjellerup have been dedicated to making people’s feet happy. They first discovered the style while visiting Denmark searching for horses. When they returned, they had to share their discovery with their friends. When their friends tried them on, they told their friends. And just like that, a shoe company was born. The result was the Dansko Clog, which quickly became the standard for healthcare, education, and other hardworking professionals.

Anti-microbial - Footbed – Breathable open-cell PU foam
Absorbs and evaporates perspiration. - Inner Frame – Polypropylene

Are Danskos Right For Me?
In a word, absolutely. Dansko make so much more than just their traditional Professional Clog. If the Professional is has too firm of a footbed, try the new XP line, with a soft, memory foam insole. If you have a narrow or wide foot, the Professional is available in widths. For a high or low instep, there are styles with adjustable straps that work great for both. On top of all of that, Dansko makes almost every style imaginable from boots to sandals and everything in between.
